Refunds and Cancellations

Rentals require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, as well as a $75 Damage Deposit. Rentals can be cancelled up to 24 hours before booking date and time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of booking forfeit rental booking deposit, will receive a 100% refund of Damage Deposit.

Workshop registrations cannot be exchanged, but can be transferred to another student.

Damages and Non-working Machinery
If machine is not working at the time of booking, Cut Twice will issue a full refund of booking fee and deposit. 

Exchanges
Bookings can be rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours in advance of start time.
